6U Basketball

·      Saturdays in the JWAC at FBCIT from 8:30 AM – 9:45 AM

·      Season Starts on January 4^th, and will meet every Saturday until February 22nd

·      Must be five by  February 22nd ^, 2025, and cannot turn seven until after February 22^nd, 2025.

·      24 Spots available

·      Format: 3 on 3 Basketball (6 max per team) with a shorter full court, will enforce a 1 – 2 zone to teach the basics of basketball defense in zone coverage and rebound. The offense will continually focus on learning the basics of dribbling, passing, and shooting.

·      The Hoop is 7.5 Feet tall with 27.5 size basketballs

·      Price: $109 Price includes jersey to keep and medals at the end of the season

·      Self-Evaluation only to be done on the registration

8U Basketball

·      Saturdays in the Field House at FBCIT. Either 8:30 – 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

·      Season Starts on January 4^th, and will meet every Saturday until February 22nd

·      Must be 7 by February 22nd  2025, and cannot turn 9 until after February 22^nd, 2025.

·      32 Spots available in both sessions (64 total)

·      Format: 4 on-4 Basketball (8 max per team) with a shorter full court, 8-minute running clock, 4-minute stop for subs during each quarter with a 2-minute half time. Will enforce a 2 – 2 zone to teach the basics of basketball defense in zone coverage and rebound. The offense will continually focus on learning the basics of dribbling, passing, and shooting.

·      The Hoop is 8.5 Feet tall with 28.5 size basketballs

·      Price: $109 Price includes jersey to keep and medals at the end of the season

·      Evals December 7^th – Session 1 – 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM Session 2 – 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM (Self eval if unable to make evaluation)

10U Basketball

·      Saturdays in the Field House at FBCIT. Either 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM or 2:15 PM – 3:45 PM

·      Season Starts on January 4^th, and will meet every Saturday until February 22nd

·      Must be 9 by February 22nd^, 2025, and cannot turn 10 until after February 22^nd, 2025.

·      32 Spots available in both sessions (64 total)

·      Practices – Either Monday or Thursday in the JWAC from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

·      Games - Saturdays in the JWAC at FBCIT. Gametime can vary, but always after 2:00 PM

·      Season Starts on Thursday January 2^th, and will end on Saturday, February 22nd

·      Must be 11 by February 22nd^, 2025, and cannot turn 13 until after February 22^nd, 2025.

·      Format: 5 on 5 Basketball (10 max per team) with a full court. Normal basketball rules will apply, with an 8-minute running clock focusing on zone defense to start teaching the basics of basketball defense in zone coverage and rebounding. Will learn a variety of different zones and man defenses. The offense will continually focus on understanding the basics of dribbling, passing, and shooting, along with basic offensive plays like screens and plays

·      The Hoop is 10 Feet tall with 28.5 size basketballs

·     Price: $129 Price includes jersey to keep and medals at the end of season

·     Tentative Eval date December 14^th 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

15U Basketball - Sign up by November 1st for a $20 Discount  Boys only

·      Practices – Either Monday or Thursday in the Field House from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Standard basketball rules will apply, with a 10-minute running clock focusing on zone defense to start teaching the basics of basketball defense in zone coverage and rebounding.
