316 Sports Volleyball is a developmental skills and training session focuses on building foundational techniques for players at various levels. The session typically includes warm-up drills, followed by exercises to improve passing, serving, setting, and hitting. Coaches emphasize proper footwork, body positioning, and communication to strengthen team dynamics. Players work on both individual skills and teamwork, refining their ability to react quickly and make strategic plays. Throughout the session, the coach provides constructive feedback and guidance, aiming to boost the players' confidence and help them progress in their volleyball abilities.
