10U Basketball challenges players to strengthen their fundamentals while learning more advanced skills like spacing, defense, and teamwork. Practices and games are designed to grow confidence, sharpen abilities, and prepare players for the next level. This year 10 year olds have the choice of playing 10U or moving up to play 12U Basketball which is full court.
